My Question or Issue

I have tried numerous times to fix the "can't play current song error" to no avail. I have followed all the other suggestions even though they say this issue is "solved". This has been ongoing for a couple of weeks. Considering cancelling my membership if this can't be solved. Please help.

Also having this issue! Have been since I downloaded the windows app at the start of October. 
Have done everything that is suggested on the forum & I downloaded one of my playlists to see if this stopped the problem - NOPE! 
Works fine in webplayer & also on my phone. Definitely a windows app problem.
