Since we have had a family account on Spotify approximately 2 years ago, there are times when I can't play some songs on the desktop version of Spotify on my computer. The songs are not always the same. For example, "Blurry" from "Puddle of Mudd" could be played last week and can't be played now. It can go up to half an album which can't be played. I get the message "this song is not available. If you have the file on your computer you can import it". It works on my phone and on my father's mac computer, as well as on my brother's computer and mother's computer. Nothing to do with local files.
We have tried withdrawing the "high quality streaming" and I have disabled the hardware acceleration as was suggested in a post. It does not have any impact. Any ideas ?
