Can't play songs on pc.

Only the Liked songs from the album can be played. I need to like a song to be able to listen to it. All other playlists can't be played.
Also, I can listen in both my phone and pc using the same account at the same time when both are online.
I re-installed the program and clear cache, but it didn't fix the problem.

This sounds like a current Ongoing Issue where users cannot play songs outside of their Liked Songs playlist.

I would recommend following the steps provided in the Status update and subsequent pinned messages in this post.

This issue may be causing your Spotify Desktop client to not completely sync with Spotify's servers, which would allow two devices to play at once. Please reply with your experience (issues, troubleshooting steps, Spotify version) to the linked post above.

This is an ongoing issue that Spotify does not want to fix. This started on a spotify update and has been broke since. The last thread was closed by spotify support stating it wasn't there problem. Maybe go to the local gradeschool and hire some children who can solve this obvious problem. My advice is start looking for a spotify alternative like apple, etc.
