spotify unfollows my followers for me

My Question or Issue

Hi! Spotify randomly unfollowed my follower and made them unfollow me. I cannot access their profile, when I try using a link to their profile I get the 'Couldn't find that page' pop up. We did not block each other. This has already happened once with a different follower. When they try using a link to my profile they can access it but I am unfollowed and they cannot click the follow button.

Could you please ask you friend to take a screenshot of that they see on your profile when they click on the 3 dot menu? This way we can get a better understanding.
