First let me say that this form of support is horrendus for a product this widely used, we should be able to chat directly with a human for issues like this.
This is the same issue I've read about in many other posts on here; hit play, will play a few seconds then stop with the error message.
Ive tried deleting cache, enabling/disabling hardware accel, reinstalling the entire client etc etc. Swapping from wired/wireless fixing nothing, drivers are all up to date.
This has been going on for about 3 weeks and it has become unacceptable now that the new billing cycle has hit.
