My Question or Issue

I use Spotify with Microsoft Edge. When I view an artist from the search screen and mouse over it, the area is covered with black and cannot be selected. The same thing is happening with playlists and albums.
When I scroll down, the content at the bottom shows up fine, but the content at the top is not selectable. It used to work normally, but suddenly this problem occurred.

How can this be resolved?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. 

 

We'd first recommend clearing the browser's cache as this often helps. Also, make sure that the browser is fully updated.  

 

If that doesn't do the trick, would you mind letting us know if the same thing happens when you open the web player using an incognito window or a different browser?
