Issue

Hello Spotify, I would like to report an issue about the app, recently it started restarting whenever I opened it up, after 30 seconds it kept restarting and I couldn't be able to listen to any of my songs so I decided to re-install the app, after doing so I have seen that the App has changed its look so i thought maybe it is an update so I was not up to date so i decided to listen to my playlist when then i couldn't open it, i kept clicking on the play button but nothing woked so i tried to open the playlist itself but after doing so it showed me a message of " Couldn't find that playlist" which is confusing, i couldn't access any songs at all & couldn't play anything.

Please Spotify, fix this issue so i could listen to your wonderfull app and enjoy my favourite songs once again.

Have you tried performing a clean reinstall of the app as described here? Does the same issue occur with a different account or with your account on a different mobile device?

Hello there Dian, im grateful you replied to my report, I have tried to clean and reinstall the app as said but there are no changes at all, the issue only occurs on my Laptop, but my Mobile isn't affected by any issue, so to be clear, I can play songs on my Mobile phone but not Laptop.

Hey @qt_wj,

Thank you for keeping in contact and for the info sent.

In this case, as it's just affecting your laptop, would you mind checking if the Web Player has the same behavior or not?

Also, include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.

We'll be on the lookout.
