My Question or Issue

I purchased Spotify premium 2 days ago and cannot download my playlist. I've updated Spotify, removed it twice fully and my playlist won't download. This occurs on the Windows app store version as well as the actual desktop program from the Spotify website. This has never been an issue before for me and i think it's the latest Spotify version that is causing this issue. The folder location has a lot of space, so that isn't a problem. How can i fix this? Thank you

Hey there @Boredomoverload

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community, and welcome 🙂

Just to confirm, are you seeing an error message when you try to download your playlists or is the app simply not doing anything? Is this happening with all playlists or just a specific one?

We'd also recommend making sure to follow these steps when reinstalling the app in order to fully remove any files that might be causing trouble.

Keep us posted on how it goes.
