Cannot install and uninstall Spotify on Windows 10

Cannot install and uninstall Spotify on Windows 10

Hi guys. I successfully installed the app in December 2017 until this January, it started to show this message upon start up of my laptop:

spotify.PNGspotify1.PNG

I tried reading on online forums and followed a post. It said that I should download again the app but it didn't fix the problem. I tried uninstalling it from the control center but it says "Cannot find pdh.dll. Please, reinstall the application."

I hope you can help. Thanks!

Hey @Gen01

If uninstalling through Control Panel doesn't work, you can try removing it by hand:

1. Go to %AppData% in Windows Explorer, and delete any Spotify folders you find in Local and Roaming.

2. Restart your computer.

3. Reinstall Spotify.

Or you can use some program like Revo Uninstaller (free one) to do the job for you. 🙂

Let me know how it goes!
