I have purchased the premium account yesterday.
Unfortunately since the last update, I cannot open any App within Spotify, everytime the same error (see attached screen).
I have reinstalled Spotify twice like described on spotify.com help.
I am using the Spotify desktop app on Windows 7 with the Facebook login.

I´m new at spotify and one reason to load it was jazzify.
i´m using a mac mini with osx 10.9 and every app i tried show the same problem.
no firewall, no proxy....
Same issue! It doesn't work in Spotify in several computers with my account!! Why Spotify can't fix this big issue???
@santyjazz2 - It sounds like it might be an issue with your account. I would suggest you get in touch with the Spotify support guys either via Twitter: @SpotifyCares or email using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
