Cannot play any track in Spotify "This song is not available"

I have just gotten an issue in Spotify which I have never seen happen before, but essentially I have had Spotify open for well over 3 hours now, not being used, just loaded in the background of my Windows 8.1 machine (I know that Windows 10 had some issues that have been resolved, but I am not on Windows 10, so that is why I am writing this now). And when I finally decided to open Spotify and play a track (literally ANY TRACK), I receive this error:

Error stating that the song is not available, yet not grayed out.

Ironically, advertisements do play correctly.

Now I will say this now, I WILL NOT UNINSTALL SPOTIFY, reason being is my connection really seems to hate the installer that Spotify uses to install itself, I have no explanation for why it just does (which is a  problem within itself), it likes Spotify just fine, and everything else just fine. I have had no issues with updates (as the main Spotify application downloads the updater on its own, and on next Spotify run, it runs this installer offline)

But how do I fix this, I have already messed with bitrates and hertz rate, I have disabled Dolby Atmos on my system. I have messed with Proxy, and IP configuration and none of this has fixed the problem. I have attached my debug.log file as debug.jpg (change the file extension back to .log or .txt, either work), in the hopes that this can help with the investigation.

(My version of Spotify is: 1.0.68.407.g6864aaaf)

P.S. Can you please add .log files to the acceptable file extensions list, so people can attach the debug?

Alright, I have found the solution, and I think that this is quite the biggest software bug I have seen:

Having FL Studio and Spotify open at the same time (even if neither of them is being used, or only one) seems to lock up Spotify from communicating to the server correctly.

Considering that FL Studio is entirely offline (other than the News section), this is really interesting. The real irony is that both software is meant to be used for Music (FL Studio for making music).

Solved my problem as well. But I had Mixcraft open. Perhaps they are trying to deter people from recording from the application.
