Same issue here. Just like @drewgeschutz and others;
Spotify won't run. %appdata%\roaming\spotify folder is gone. Failed to uninstall it (error code: 0x80073cfa).

same issue, cant open, cant uninstall, app it not started, doesn't appear in processes

*Spotify app suddenly got back*
Yesterday I noticed spotify icon was back. When I clicked it Windows defender asked me if I allow the app access on public/private networks, and I did.
Now the app works fine except all downloaded music/episodes are gone, like when you reinstall the app.

same here, i just open it and nothing happens, i dont have a spotify folder or something related to spotify in %appdata%, i tried to install it from the microsoft store but is says "something wrong happened", when i try to uninstall it  i cant install or uninstall it from anywhere, i tried uninstalling it from powershell, revo uninstaller, ccleaner, but it shows in my search bar, when i try to open the SpotifySetup it says i already have spotify and if i want to open it but nothing happens, in taskbar i cant find anything related to spotify is like a ghost app
