Cant delete Local Files

Hey guys,

so i have an issue where i have "songs" in my Local files on Spotify (half of them arent even songs, theyre sound effects ?!) which i didn't even add (or dont remember adding), i deleted the .bnk in %appdata% but it didnt do anything and then i tried reinstalling spotify, which also didnt do anything so im confused, what should i do ?

It is a possibility that your account could have been hacked and someone is adding those sound effects. My advice would be to change your password. As for the songs, I dont see where a local files would be.

no wait these are sound effects that i own and have on my computer etc. and i wasnt hacked, these files are in there for a very long time now but i didnt bother about them since i never used local files up till now so yeah

So youre trying to get them off your computer through "local files"? did you orginally get them on Spotify?

I dont even know where these files are, i just know that i have them somewhere and i dont remember setting a directory for local files and i also dont remember putting these effects/songs etc. to spotify ... f*ck my life 😄
