Create Playlist with Free-Account?

can I create Playlists with the free account/version of Spotify? Or can u do it only with Premium-Abo?

Yes, you can create playlists on the free plan as well as Premium. 🙂

You can also give them descriptions and playlist covers, also available to free users.
