Death SD card and storage.

My question is: is it possible to store music on the sd card, damage it? I say this because I have lost an SD, the cell phone does not recognize me, the PC does, but it does not allow me to modify it, I can not format it, nor at a low level, and I can assure that it is not blocked by reading, neither with CMD windows diskpart I had a solution, regedit and gepedit were also tested. The only mistake I found in the CHKDSK was this: "The size of the entry \ Android \ data \ com.spotify.music \ files \ spotifycache \ mercury.db is not valid." Apparently the storage of Spotify has blocked and damaged my SD card.
