Deskop app not working

Hi all,

Firstly few information:

Device

PC

Operating System

Windows 10 x64 - today installed with all updates

Firewall - disabled for tests

Spotify App - Newest (reinstalled from Windows Web Store)

Sound card - AIM SC8000 - drivers (tested few versions)

WebSpotify - Working excellent

Other Windows app - Sound working

When i press play progress bar not starting and there is no Spotify in Windows Volume Control (see pic)

Any idea?

Guys, my provider block me few ports, after call everything working fine ;D
