[Desktop] Album cover art quality is awful

My Question or Issue

Hi, I've seen that since the latest design/UI update the quality of the album covers art in the desktop app is awful.

I listen a lot of music on Spotify from desktop, whenever I listen to local files the cover art is perfect, but when I play something directly from online/downloaded tracks through Spotify I see this awful quality.

It's been months since this happen and I don't get why people keep asking about this but nothing changed ever since.

Also, before the new UI update the quality was perfect (I update Spotify whenever it asks me, and this keeps being the same since like 10 updates).

This issue should now be fixed in version 1.1.76

The blurry (low quality) issue for the album art in the bottom left corner of the desktop app was fixed in version 1.1.75. There was a delay in this version going out over the holidays, but version 1.1.76 that includes this fix is now rolling out to users.

This problem persists on BMW iDrive 6.

Cover art image quality is sometimes perfect, sometimes bad but most of the time just awful…

This issue exists since 2022 imho

And if you’re asking, my LTE reception is not the issue!!
