[Desktop][Developer] Improve the ads from your sponsors

I understand the need for Advertisements, and I have no problem with them, except when they don't work and interrupt the listening experience on Spotify. You are currently running ads for one of you sponsors, Big Lots. Each time the ad comes on, the advertisement freezes and causes spotify to become inoperable. Attempting to move beyond the Ad doesn't work. The only thing I can do is shut down spotify and restart in order to begin listening again. I'm sure Big Lots would like to know that they are getting what they pay for. You may want to double check and validate the ad will actually execute. Thanks. BTW, I am on a windows 10 platform using chrome.

This is something that shouldn't happen so we can try some troubleshooting here. Can you try using a different browser and an incognito/private window to see if this persists?

We'd also like to know if apart from the web player, this is also happening in the desktop or mobile apps.

Lastly and to confirm, is this issue only happening with that specific ad?
