[Desktop][Other] Can't install, and can't uninstall to fix problem

Spotify would not open, so I tried to re-install the app on PC.  Would not install because I already had the app.  Tried to un-install, but was not showing up in my control panel/programs list.  So tried to uninstall from start menu. That wouldn't work. So I tried deleting every file i had that was spotify,  manually.  Well I guess I didn't get them all, because when I try to install again it still says I have the app installed.  I am paying for premium and would like to get my app working again.
