[Desktop][Other] Don't fall back to laptop audio when external active paired device is turned off.

Hello,

At work, I have a bluetooth capable Yamaha receiver (R-S202). When I'm playing music through Spotify and I turn off the receiver, Spotify instantly falls back to laptop audio and continues where it left off. This is an undesirable experience 100% of the time. Hopefully this is something Spotify devs can prevent, and it's not a Windows 10 thing. If I'm listening to music on earbuds on my Android Phone, turning off or unplugging them pauses the music, which is desirable.
