Desktop and Mobile not scrobbling for LastFM

I recently got Spotify Premium (and recently updated Spotify on Desktop) today and it's not scrobbling at all. I've tried disconnecting/reconnecting and reinstalling and it's not working. Moreover, I use Spotify on iOS and I don't I remember it ever being able to scrobble. As far as I'm aware, I'm running the latest versions of both.

Edit: I've given my friend my login credentials for lastFM for them to test out on their Spotify client and it, for some reason, works. I'm now even more confused.
