Is it true that developers follow the issues presented here?
I'm asking because after TWO MONTHS the same problem continues.
A strange update took place in the app for windows desktop, and several features simply disappeared.
Since after two months from the first complain not a single spotify developer addressed the issue, it seems that developers simply don't know anything about this forum and what's going on here.
We've been PAYING for developers' salaries and for a service that's being taken away from us.
This is a list of features that simply don't exist anymore:
1) It's not possible anymore to alphabetically order musics, nor by album, nor by artist, nor by date of entry - ABSURD;
2) It's not possible anymore to delete more than one song at a time - ALSO ABSURD;
3) It's not possible to search anymore for a specific song within our own playlists - MAYBE THE GREATEST ABSURD OF ALL;
4) We can't see anymore what our friends are listening to;
5) We can't change our playlists' cover picture;
6) We can't edit our own playlists details (change name or correct a spelling error, for example);
7) We can't see anymore who liked our playlists - we can only see how many users liked them.
There's no way to contact a technical support. Their twitter channel is nothing but a joke, and people there simply don't know what we are talking about when we seek for help. They ask a bunch of useless questions and by the end they tell us we have been CHOSEN to test a new version and that we must wait for future changes.
And also they say that "spotify developers always follow what is being said here" - which is a big fat lie, since this issue is happening already for two months in a row.
I would consider closing my account and opening a new one on Deezer. But the truth is my main playlist has over than 9 thousand songs and I do not have nor the time nor the patience to start a new one from scratch.
What should we "the chosen ones" do about it?
Is it possible for spotify fix this problem or is this asking to much from them?
