Download Options for Windows PCs

Where are they? Under Settings>Music Quality I see Download options on both my iPad and iPhone. However, on my Windows (10) PC I only see Streaming options. Do not require "extreme" (near lossless) but would like to download and play high bit rate tracks offline on Windows desktop. Not available there? Set default already higher on PCs? Info/guidance much appreciated. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure that the downloads on PC will always be the highest quality possible.
