My Question or Issue

I am unable to download spotify when ever i try its says spotify cant be started (error code 17)

This sounds odd and we'll do our best to help you. However, we'd need a bit more information about your issue. Could you please let us know which source you used to download the Desktop App?

If you have downloaded from the Windows Apps store, could you try getting it from our web site and vice versa?

If you have used our website, would you mind sharing with us in which browser the error occurs?
