Dragging music to playlist

My Question or Issue

I can't drag any song to a different playlist or rearrange the order of songs. I tried reinstalling Spotify and it didn't help

Is this issue happening on all playlists or just some?

Also, let me know what version of Spotify you are running. You can find the version by going to menu dots - Help - About Spotify.

It was happening on all playlist but dragging started working again about an hour ago
