Edge Detector keeps showing up after deleting it

My Question or Issue

The Edge Detector Spotify Playlist repeatedly shows up in my collection again after deleting it.

I had saved the Playlist in order to listen to it, which I did, afterwards I deleted it from my collection. Every few weeks, it shows up at the top of my Playlists collection again (as if I had saved it to my collection again).

This doesn't affect the functionality of my Spotify account in any way, it is just a bit annoying and also I thought reporting this bug might help Spotify in making the overall experience better.
