Editor`s picks scrolling back

Hello, I have a little problem with my Windows 10 desktop app. When I start an app, see Editor`s picks and scroll them back to see, what playlists are there, I can`t scroll back to previous. For example in editor`s pics are 10 playlists. I scroll back to see from first 4 to other 4 and other 2, but can`t back to first playlist in Editor`s picks. Is it problem with video driver or smth?
