My Question or Issue

Earlier today the app switched to Offline Mode while everything else worked just fine. I tried to log out and found that I couldn't log in but received the message: "A firewall may be blocking Spotify. Please update you firewall to allow Spotify. Additionally you could try changing the currently used proxy settings. (Error code: 112)

 

The wierdest thing is that every time I input my correct mail address/username and password I got error code 112 as above, but when I entered a wrong password I only got error code 3: "The username or password is incorrect."

 

Either re-installing the app or resetting my password didn't solve the problem.

I've tried most of them. Uninstalling, rebooting the device and re-installing didn't help. Changing proxy setting didn't either. Neither did changing password to alphamumerical one.

 

But the web player works fine, even if not smoothly.
