Error 18 then unresponsive

So, i have a win 10 machine that i recentley uninstalled spotify from because of streaming issues(just bad internet). I tried to reinstall from the website with an error code 18. Going through and uninstalling on all devices i use spotify on, i retried to install with no avail.

I followed other help links on here and discovered the app for win 10. i install it and an error message pops up, saying that spotify is not responding.  I resumed to uninstall the app, then reinstalled it, with the same error message appearing.

That being said, i am very frustrated. Please help.

I'd recommend making sure there's no Spotify folders left in AppData. Sometimes leftover files may cause issues. Try this:

1. Go to %AppData% in Windows Explorer, and delete any Spotify folders you find in Local and Roaming folders.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Try out this offline installer.
