Mi pregunta o problema

 Hola necesito que me ayuden con un problema. Sin queres se me elimino spotify de la pc y al querer reinstalarlo me salta un error,erro 18 para ser mas especifico, me dice que no se puede instalar porque hay archivos del programa que estan en proceso.  Ya no se que hacer y uso mucho spotify en la pc. Si alguien me podria ayudar se lo agradeceria. Gracias de antemano

Please follow the guide in this article. But before you reinstall Spotify, restart your computer.

Restart is necessary, so the remaining Spotify processes will be terminated. Reinstalling should then go smoothly.
