Error Code 12

SO I try to download spotify and I have around 200 mb on my c drive. its telling me I dont have enough space but how much space/memory does sportify need to install? This really doesnt make much sense to me. ANy help would be appreciated.

What I did to fix the problem was download CCleaner and just let it delete some useless files off my C drive. Then I was able to update Spotify just fine.
