Error code 13 - Win 10

Hi. I've been using spotify for over 3 months, bought premium and so on. It was working perfectly, until it asked for an update. From this point it wouldn't install. During instalation process it shows " the installer is unable to install Spotify because the necessary files could not be created ". I've tried everything and it still does'ny work. Can someone help me ? Would be really greatfull.

Im Having the same issue, Have just tried reinstalling it from a fresh download and still doesnt work. Any Help would be appretiated!

I'm having the same issue.

Error 13 --> Uninstall --> Reinstall --> Error 13 

EDIT: Try pausing your antivirus, worked for me.
