Error messagge: Spotify can't play right now.. How can I fix?

On Windows 10, while trying to play an online song it keeps saying:
"Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it" (i have never used spotify for local music)
On the latest exe version or app from Windows Store I get the same error.
I tried all available fixes:
-logout, restart pc and login
-wipe data and cache
-turn off hardware acceleration, lowed quality, disable crossfade, i really disabled everything just to try
-reinstall multiple times
-tried all off those with firewall and windows defender off
I really dont now what going on.. Can you pleeease help me??? I dont want to be stuck with the web version

Guys i solved lowering my audio output format on 192000 or less.. Its really stupid.. @DEVS please fix this
