Explicit content not marked on Desktop but on Web Player. Option to report is missing

I noticed a song playing with Explicit content on my Family plan (Down- Jay Sean Cover, Breathe Carolina, Punk Goes Pop album), went to report it and the "Report Explicit Content" option is missing. I did some googling and thought maybe it was just the desktop player, so went to web player and found the song, but it's marked as explicit on the Web Player. I tried to check and see if I could report it or any song as explicit on the web player, and the option is still missing.
