My Question or Issue

I started my queue with an album that I finished listening to. I added the album Aretha - Who's Zoomin' Who to my queue, and I added some other albums after. I listened to most of the Aretha album and began removing the extra extended versions and remixes, and everything from the album started returning to the queue. I'd remove some songs and others would pop right back in. I removed the exact same track several times.  It won't stick.

If I explicitly remove a song, it shouldn't return to the queue on its own.

[edit to add: If I remove all but one of the album's songs, they don't seem to return. But I should be able to remove them all without this happening. [/edit]

And today, they're all back again. This is ridiculous. Please fix your stuff. This isn't turning out to be a good introduction to your service.

Hey @sherrier,

Thanks for posting in the Community.

This is an odd behavior indeed, let's take a closer look. In this case, would you mind sending us a video recording of the behavior you kindly described? You can attach it in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google drive and make it public, so we can visualize it.

On another note, and just to confirm, is this happening over WiFi? Ethernet? Both? Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet connection you're using? You can create, if possible, a hotspot from your phone. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Lastly, if you log in with another account, do you experience the same? It'd be awesome if you could check. You can create a free test account to check if the inconvenience persists there.

Keep us in the loop!
