Have been on a premium family subscription for a while now and your windows/desktop app (and android) is absolutely **bleep**ing terrible. I know your customer support team is ignorant and just doing what they're trained to do, but their troubleshooting instructions are ridiculous and just designed to cover up for an obviously flawed design. It's not my internet. It's not my system. It's your app. I can barely get it to play a **bleep**ing song half the time. Both Web Player and the actual software app. Just fix the **bleep**ing app; people are not getting what they're paying for.
