My Question or Issue

Hello, had a problem renewing my plan. It was Family with payment on 29th of each month, today i was low on money on my card so the payment didn't happen, i received an email notification (at 12.12), put money on my card and paid again (at 12.24). I was sure of the renewal, then i discovered that i renewed the Premium plan and not the Family one... and now all my Family config is gone. I switched to the Family plan again but i noticed that every configured member is gone. Plus, seems like the new renewal is on 18 July 2018 and not on 29... can you pls help me reverting the configuration back?

Ok, i'm sending the invites again and so on... can you pls check for the payments? just to be sure everything it's ok. 🙂
