My Question or Issue

 The daily mix and friend activity tabs don't work or display on my desktop client; however, when I force the desktop client to play my daily mixes from the web app, they play just fine. The daily mixes appear perfectly fine on my phone client (AOS). Any help in this is welcome.

The solution to the issue I was facing is outlined here. TL DR: Check your hosts file for any mention of spotify or fastly and comment those lines out.

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. Also, you can check this thread regarding your issue as it has helped many other users with the same problem 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I've tried both, and neither have worked. I'm on Windows 10 Pro v. 1703 build 15063.1266, and my Spotify version is 1.0.90.268.ga8a0ceb4.

The latest version for Windows 10 is 1803 not 1703. Please try to update 🙂
