My Question or Issue

I am trying to install Spotify but a 98% the message "Hakosac setup has stopped working" appears and I am not be able to continue (please see attached images)

Anyone can help?

That looks odd, can you tell us where you got this download from? We'd recommend trying a clean reinstall to see if that makes a difference. Head here for the exact steps - instructions for Windows 7 are at the bottom of the site.
