Hello my spotify desktop keeps freezing on the premium commercial and some others

I really like Spotify and I listen a lot, the ads don't bother me, in fact I like hearing them because it introduces new music and things that are helpful. I am wondering why my spotify desktop freezes on premium advertisements. Some play and some do not out of the advertisements. Is this a known bug? Are you guys working on it?

That shouldn't happen.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Yes I did try uninstalling it and installing it again. Thank you for trying. Im homebound and disabled and have listened for four years. I have no real life. I can't lose this program. Maybe they thought I need to pay for it. All the ads would play, the zzzquil and Snoop Dogg and Red lobster but when it got to the people dancing about no ads with premium it wouldn't play, so I had to manually hit play and then it would play. Sick of it but terrified I'll lose 4 years of music. I don't like the interruptions of making the ad play, and I like to listen to music when I sleep and am working on my book.
