How can i fix the black screen on window 10 when i open the app

I tried uninstall and download it again. Sometime can show the it. Sometime worse. And now it always be a black screen. Help me and thanks a lot.

You can create a new account and try to login. If success then change language to English, restart software,and logout switch to your main account. Once it works can change language back to your language.

你試試看創一個新帳號登入，如果可以成功登入的話就把語言換成英文，重開軟體然後登入原本的帳號，應該是可以成功登入就能換回原本的語言。好像在Windows 10 20H2用1.1.46之後的版本有些帳號會遇到這個問題。

Can you try to perform a clean reinstall of the app, this includes deleting the app cache. Follow the exact steps from this guide.

If that doesn't help can you tell us when did this start happening and the Version of the Spotify app you're running?
