How do I get the music to start again?

How do I get the music to start again?

Today for the first time, it kept stopping. I'd start it again and it played for maybe 15 or 20 minutes then stop again. This happened 5 or 6 times, but the last time, I could NOT start it again! No matter what I do, I can't log in and get it to play.

Thanks for the post.


We'd recommend doing a clean reinstall of the app on your device and Logging out Everywhere. After that log back in only on devices that you're currently using. 


If the issue keeps happening, please send us a screenshot of any error messages you're encountering when trying to log in or play song in the app.
