How to install Spotify machine wide from powershell?

I would like to be able to push the Spotify install to users trough our RMM system, this as users are not allowed to install software them selves.

I have basically tried everything, and from our standpoint right now, the installer is getting run by "NT Authority\System". Changing user for the installer is not an option as the users are not allowed to install software for security reasons. A machine wide installer would be the way to go in this case. How do i manage this in a proper way?
