How to reach support when community can't help (app bug) and you don't have a social media account?

Dear Spotify.

I am a paid subscriber and encounter what looks like a bug with the window application, where I can't play anything (the play button on search results, library, or suggestions is inactive). Only the web browser works. I rebooted many times and uninstall/reinstalled too. At this point, I need some assistance from Spotify directly, but there is no phone/chat/email option offered.

I happen to value my privacy and don't want an account on Tiwtter or even worse Facebook.

How do I get support?

Hey @MeLoveSpotif,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community and the troubleshooting tried so far.

 

First we advise you to try a clean reinstall of the desktop app as described here. If this doesn't bring any change, you can try switching the source of the desktop app, if you're using Windows. Try the version from the Microsoft Store and the version from the Spotify site.

 

Also make sure to switch the internet connections.
