In Listening On part of screen I see all of my Spotify speakers, but I can choose only one. How to select more speakers and listen to music in multiroom environment? Or listen Left channel on one speaker and Right channel on another and get stereo?

This needs to be configured from your device directly, if it allows it. In Spotify directly, it's not possible to set the sound configurations of your devices. Just curious, which speaker are you using? Are you able to use multiroom environment with them?
