I can't connect my account to facebook

I've been using spotify premium for over a year now and I always had my facebook account linked to spotify. Lately I have discovered that on my profil page my followers tab has been gone. When I checked the settings I saw that my account isn't connected to facebook, and when I press the button to connect, nothing shows up, but when i press alt+tab I can see a window with login but it doesn't want to show up. I tried to connect with fb on my phone but it won't work either. I even tried on 2 other computers (one with win10 and one with win7), but the same thing happens.

Is there any solution?

Help’s arrived. I’ve gone ahead and reported this to the teams at Spotify over in Ongoing Issues. You can check out the report here, and make sure to click +VOTE on the post.

In the meantime, could you please reply with your Spotify version so that the team can investigate this further? You can access this via Help > About Spotify.

As for your phone not being able to connect to Facebook, can you describe what happens? I may be able to help you there so you can use your Spotify account with Facebook.

My version is 1.0.84.344.gfc674f6f.

Well on the phone when I press the "connect to facebook" button, I can login to my account, and even on facebook apps list there pops up Spotify. However after login to my fb acc there's a black screen and nothing happens. When I reset my spotify on PC, it still won't show that I am connected to facebook, and I still won't have my followers.

I would suggest logging out of both and then closing both apps. After you have done that, restart your phone, log back into both accounts and try again.

It helped, kinda. The option on my phone has disappeared, and my username on the app chagned to my name from fb. But I still dont have my followers, and on PC it still shows the option to log in to facebook.

Just so we're on the same page, when you click on your profile, there is no following or followers tab, and there is no 'More' button where the following/followers tab is located?

Have you restarted your Spotify client on your PC? Make sure that there are no Spotify processes left in your Task Manager before re-opening the app, or it won't restart properly.

If you have restarted your Spotify and your followers tab is still gone and you still cannot connect to Facebook, get someone else to check your profile while logged in with their account to see if your followings show up on their screen. 

If they do show up, I would advise reinstalling your Spotify. You can find a guide on that here.

If they don't show up, please fill in a contact form and the Spotify team should be able to assist you further.

 When I click on my friend's profile, I can see that he follows me and that I have my followers.

 Just did a reinstall, even restarted system. My username changed again to login, on my phone showed up again "connect to facebook" button. On PC still can't connect, still a window shows up while alt+tab, my friends feed doesn't work.
