My Question or Issue

I can’t log in to my Spotify on my laptop, everything I press the green log in button nothing happens and I do know I’m using the right email/username and password. The Spotify on my phone works fine it’s just my computers that dosen’t work

This sounds a bit odd and we'll do our best to help you out here.

 

Could you try to restart your device to see if that makes any difference for you?


We'd also recommend giving this a try on a different network. If possible, ask a friend or a family member to start a hotspot for you and use that network to test if you'll be able to log in. If this is not possible - try with another Wi-Fi connection instead.

I've attempted to do a clean reinstall and even downloaded it from the Microsoft Store as well, but it still is showing an error. I've done several methods but to no avail.
