My Question or Issue

I can't seem to be able to log in via Google since a few days ago. I've tried resetting my pass word but the mail won't come through. Everytime I try to log in I simply get a notification that "something went wrong" but nothing else. Also can't seem to be able make a new account via Google.

Thanks for the post!

Have you also checked your spam folder for the password reset email? We recommend doing so as sometimes messages from us can end up there. If you've not received the email then we suggest trying to reset your password once again by opening the password reset link in an incognito-window on your browser and even trying on another device if it's possible.

When it comes to the error message, a clean reinstall can help with that. Just follow the steps here.
