I can't play an album

I can't play an album

I have a Premium Family account. On my phone or tablet everything is fine. But on my Windows computer, I can only play my own playlists. If I select an album from my Library, it won't play.
It's almost like it thinks I'm a free user. I double checked that I'm logged in with the correct user, I restarted my PC, I reinstalled the app, I even did a hard remove (with all data) and then reinstalled. Still no change.
