My Question or Issue

Hello there! I cant open spotify app. I tried o download from microsoft and spotify.com, but it still doesn't work. It used to work before, this all started randomly.

Could you try restarting your computer and let me know what happens?
If you're still unable to use the Spotify app, send me a screenshot of what you're seeing when you try to open the app and we'll go from there.
